I’ve been in real estate 7 yrs now, and have looked for various closing gifts that would be customizable enough to feel special but general enough to be useful to everyone. I’m big on USEFUL gifts. I recently had a seller/ buyer who showed me her well organized file folder with documents on the house they were selling, and was so proud that she could find anything related to the property in minutes. When I saw this beautiful binder with the home closing packet in it advertised on Facebook, I knew I had the perfect client for that! I already have Canva Pro, so editing it was a breeze. I don’t have a lot of photos of myself, so I used listing photos of their house, at 40% transparency for the backgrounds on the chapter heading pages. Printed on heavy paper, it came out BEAUTIFUL! At closing she was BLOWN AWAY! She flipped through every page, noticed the photos were of her house, and has even called me (2 days post closing) to say she’s already put it to use! The lender & title agent were both impressed and said they’d never seen a closing gift like that before. Oh- and since it’s branded, it can be written off as a marketing expense! 10/10, I’d highly recommend! 🥰

Really love the Welcome Home book inserts - saves me so much time in designing my own. (And honestly, they are way better thought out than mine would be!!) I came across another agent who had included this home book for her buyers and I thought it was a brilliant closing gift. I tried to design one - but really had no clue. When I found this on Elevated Agent, I bought it right away. With the branding in place, I'll be adding more of the Elevated Agent templates to my business. It just really gives a polished look - and I'm too busy doing the things in my business that bring in money to do the things in the business that should be left to someone else - like - beautiful pieces like this!!
